Wen Wu is the only son of a poor fisherman in
the city of Cho-kan, despite his lowly class Wen Wu is a sunny,
mild tempered boy. Wen Wu and Chou-Yin (next page) are childhood
friends and the story follows Wen Wu from age 10 to age 16.
